Standard gives each service a labor time and one total material cost that you edit directly. Pro builds each service from itemized parts and quantities pulled from a shared materials catalog, so changing one part price updates every service that uses it. Pro also adds written service descriptions, cost-based material markups and individual price overrides.

ProPlus includes everything in Pro plus an hourly-rate calculator tab that feeds your rate into Settings, the standalone Hourly Rate Calculator download, and printable price matrices for 1, 2 and 3 person crews so you can price jobs that are not on the service list.

Yes. The Hourly Rate Calculator is a $49 editable Excel workbook. Paying the full $49 earns a one-time $49 credit toward ProPlus for the email you pay with. Standard and Pro owners can buy it and type the resulting rate into their workbook; the files do not link to each other. ProPlus owners already have it.

No. Every package includes both residential and commercial services.

Stripe sends you back to My Books. Once your payment is confirmed, a download button appears. You can come back to My Books any time to download again, and Stripe emails your receipt.

In Microsoft Excel on a computer. The blue cells are the ones you edit. In Pro and ProPlus, formula cells are protected without a password so they are harder to overwrite by accident. Standard is unprotected, and the download help page shows how to protect it if you want to. Your techs use the checked price sheet, printed or saved as a PDF on a phone or tablet.

They are editable starting estimates. Review them against your own jobs and supplier prices before you use the prices. Material costs do not update from suppliers.

There is no integration or live price sync. Every package includes export prep tabs for Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Workiz and FieldPulse. Prepare your reviewed prices in the workbook, export the values in bulk, then follow your platform's import steps, which can depend on your account or plan. See the Guides for the manual steps.

No. Each package is a one-time purchase and the file is yours to keep. There are no recurring charges.

If the price book isn't working for your shop, email support@plumbrate.com. We ask that you give us a chance to help you adjust it to your needs. If we can't get it working for your shop and you're still unhappy, we'll gladly refund your purchase.

Yes. Standard has two blank rows at the end of each category. Pro and ProPlus have blank custom service slots in each category. Filling a provided blank slot makes it appear on the printed price sheet. If you manually insert extra rows beyond those slots, you must also add and link matching rows on the Print Price Sheet.

Not automatically. There is no built-in after-hours multiplier or Good, Better, Best packaging. You can add your own services for those if you price them that way.

The download is an .xlsx workbook made for Microsoft Excel. There is no Google Sheets version, and a manual import into Sheets may change formatting, protections or the print layout. Use desktop Excel for setup, editing and printing.

You can re-download the workbook you purchased from My Books. Automatic future catalog updates are not included.

Yes. Earlier Residential, Commercial, Complete and Price Matrix purchases stay in My Books and download the same way they always have.
