License Terms

Your purchase grants one plumbing company a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workbook internally. That includes installing it on your company devices, sharing it with your own employees and technicians, editing every value in it, rebranding it with your company name, and printing price sheets for use with your customers.

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or giving away the workbook or its contents.
• Publishing it publicly, posting it to file-sharing or template sites, or including it in a course or paid product.
• Sharing it with other contracting companies, franchisees, or affiliates that did not buy their own license.
• Using the service descriptions or labor time data to build a competing price book product.

Labor times, material costs, and example prices are starting points based on typical service plumbing work, not guarantees. Every company is responsible for reviewing and adjusting them for its own costs, crews, market, taxes, and licensing requirements before quoting customers. PlumbRate makes no warranty that any price produced by the workbook is profitable, competitive, or compliant with local pricing regulations.

PlumbRate retains ownership of the original workbook, its structure, formulas, and service catalog. Your edited copy is yours to use under this license. Re-downloads are free and unlimited from the My Books page.

This license ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if the restrictions above are violated. See the Terms of Service for the full agreement.
