Refund Policy

If the price book isn't working for your shop, email support@plumbrate.com. We ask that you give us a chance to help you adjust it to your needs. If we can't get it working for your shop and you're still unhappy, we'll gladly refund your purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Access to the purchased workbook ends when a refund is issued. You can also use the contact form to reach support.

Paying the full $49 for the Hourly Rate Calculator earns a one-time $49 credit toward the ProPlus Price Book. The credit is tied to the email used to pay, applies only to ProPlus when you are signed in to My Books, does not expire and has no cash value. One credit per purchaser, even with more than one calculator purchase. It cannot be combined with other discounts. Discounted or free calculator copies and purchases made before the calculator went on sale do not earn a credit.

If the Hourly Rate Calculator is refunded before its credit is used, the credit is canceled. If it is refunded after the credit was used toward ProPlus, we review the order with you by email; ProPlus is not removed automatically and the credit is never paid out as cash. A credit used on a ProPlus order stays used even if that ProPlus order is later refunded.

Labor times, material costs, and prices in the workbook are starting points that you are expected to review and adjust for your own market. Disagreement with the default labor times or example pricing is not a product defect.
