Refund Policy

PlumbRate price books are delivered instantly as digital Excel files. Because the full product is accessible the moment it is downloaded, all sales are final once the workbook has been downloaded.

• You were charged twice for the same price book.
• Payment succeeded but the workbook was never delivered and we cannot fix it.
• The file is corrupted or will not open and we cannot provide a working copy.
• The purchase was unauthorized and reported to us promptly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Access to the purchased workbook ends when a refund is issued.

Labor times, material costs, and prices in the workbook are starting points that you are expected to review and adjust for your own market. Disagreement with the default labor times or example pricing is not a product defect.
