How to Move Flat-Rate Plumbing Prices into a ServiceTitan Pricebook Template

Every PlumbRate price book includes a ServiceTitan Prep tab that lists only customer-facing service names, a description, a category and your final sell price. It never includes labor hours, material costs, your hourly rate or markups. This is a one-time transfer of flat-rate service prices, not live price synchronization, and PlumbRate is not an official ServiceTitan integration. These steps follow ServiceTitan's published help and have not been tested in a live account.

Steps
- Finish reviewing Settings and the Price Book tab.
- Export the Pricebook Excel template from your own ServiceTitan account. Its columns depend on your account configuration.
- In PlumbRate, open the ServiceTitan Prep tab. It lists PlumbRate Code, Category, Name, Description and Price.
- Copy each column and use Paste Special, Values into the matching column of your exported template. Use PlumbRate Code as the service code if your template has one and you want stable codes.
- Follow ServiceTitan's instructions to import the edited template, then spot-check prices.
Caveats
- Do not upload the PlumbRate workbook to ServiceTitan. Only your exported template is accepted.
- Your template may require fields PlumbRate does not provide, such as business unit or account settings.
- Blank custom rows are never exported, and a row with a blank name or $0 price is left empty and counted on the Import Instructions tab so you can fix it before importing.
